A Liberty Fabrics shirred dress is the epitome of British summertime - this kit comes with everything you need to make a classic summer dress for children. Shirring is a really easy technique that gives impressive results quickly! The elasticated top and adjustable straps mean this comfy dress can be worn by children year after year. And, when it's too small, it can be worn as a skirt!
Choose from our selection of summery Liberty prints or if none take your fancy we can make a bespoke kit for you from any Liberty Tana Lawn. Just select 'Choose Your Own' and then add the name of the print you would like in the comments box which you will find in the cart.

Sizing:
The shirred sun dress is very versatile and can be made to fit any size up age 8 using the cutting guide included in the pattern. As a guide, age 8 is the equivalent to chest size 65cm. We can make older girls' kits too! All we will need is an approximate chest and height measurement.
