    Regal Blossom draws inspiration from the smallest hand-painted vignettes found within the pages of a Liberty pattern book dating from the 1840s – 1860s. Imaginatively reinterpreted in the Liberty design studio, this exquisitely delicate botanical is reminiscent of typical Regency-era printed fabrics. Feather-light and ethereal, its dainty flowers sway in a windswept motion, brought to life by fragile tendrils, meandering leaves, and trailing vines. This print is part of the Botanical Trellis chapter of the Liberty Fabrics & Bridgerton collection - influenced by nature’s exquisite forms, this curated selection of hand-painted floral artworks evokes a sense of understated elegance and romance.

    The design is printed by experts in Italy onto Liberty's elegant, reflective 16 momme Belgravia silk satin – a fabric prized for its lustrous drape and fluidity, along with its luminously high-shine surface. Construct it into eveningwear pieces such as sheath gowns, or use it to create opulently wearable daytime designs like wrap dresses and flowing shirting.

Exquisitely printed on Liberty’s finely tuned Tana Lawn™ cotton, elegant Belgravia silk satin, Kensington crepe de chine, and Monument twill, the collection consists of nine designs inspired by artworks discovered in the Liberty archive and Bridgerton’s enthralling narrative. Meticulously redrawn and recoloured by the Liberty design studio, the prints have been divided into three atmospheric chapters: Penelope’s Garden, Regency Bouquet, and Botanical Trellis. Showcasing a diverse array of charming blooms, from highly intricate floral renderings to decadent bouquets, the series evokes a sense of romantic charm as well as being a testament to both collaborative partners’ visionary creativity.
