Maxi skirt shaped with an elasticated waistband for ultimate comfort. It features large patch pockets and decorative stitchings. Mix and match with different tops when you navigate your styling from week to weekend.

Suggested Fabric:

Light to midweight fabrics such as cotton poplin, denim, wool, faux leather, cotton twill.

Fabric Requirements:

Fabric width 140-150 cm
XS-L 2.1 m / XL 2.1 m-2.4 m** / 2XL 2.4 m-2.7 m / 3XL 2.4 m-3.0 m

** you can use less fabric if you split the waistband and add a 1 cm seam allowance to join the 2 parts together. See the layout page for examples.

You will also need:

Fusible interfacing
Thread
Elastic tape width 10cm: XS 70 cm, S 80 cm, M 90 cm, L 100 cm, XL 110 cm, 2XL 120 cm, 3XL 130 cm

Option: If you cannot find an elastic waistband this wide you can use any width you prefer. But make sure to reduce the width of the fabric waistband to this formula - The width of the elastic waistband x 2 + 2,5 cm.

Ability: Very Easy / Beginner

Make more with the pattern:

Wear it as a dress together with a Cuff top or V-neck cuff top in the same fabric
Shorten to a knee length skirt
Play around with different width of the elastic
Use contrasting colour thread for your stitchings
