A complete dressmaking kit to make a stunning light weight linen jacket with our very own Clothkits Boxy Jacket pattern. The Boxy Jacket is a classic and versatile pattern with bound edges and clean boxy lines to show off this gorgeous Japanese linen fabric. The jacket looks fab with a pair of jeans for a casual look.
If you're experienced, why not go bold with a pattern hack and make it quilted.
This fabric is a printed linen from Japan and once it's gone, it's gone! It is made of 100% linen and is incredibly soft and delicate to the touch, with a subtle sheen. The lining fabric is an organic cotton voile and matches the linen to perfection. The voile is a light weight fabric so the jacket is ideal for the summer months, unless you quilt it and then it'll be marvellous all year round. The kit also includes a tutorial on how to make continuous bias binding from the linen fabric.

Optional cotton wadding is available should you wish to quilt the jacket. Please note there are no instructions included for quilting the jacket.
