    Description

    A straight, wide shirt with a flattering wrap-around collar. The collar can be worn either open or closed. The basic sleeve has bracelet length, but the sleeve can also be equipped with a cuff for a classic full-length look.

    This shirt is designed to be unisex and suits many different body shapes and styles.

    Suggested Fabrics:

    Light to medium light weight fabrics.

    Fabric Requirements:

    110-120 cm fabric width 
    XS-S 1.9 m / M-L 2.0 m / XL 2.4 m / 2XL 2.5 m / 3XL 2.6 m

    140-150 cm fabric width
    XS-L 1.5 m / M 1.6 m / L 1.7 m / XL 1.9 m / 2XL-3XL 2.0 m

    You will also need:

    • Matching thread
    • Fusible interfacing
    • Snap button of metal + tools (alt. an old-fashioned snap fastener sewn by hand)

    Ability: Advanced Beginner

    Sizing: The Wrap top is a boxy, wide model which makes it an easy fit, so use your chest measurement when choosing size. If you are making the dress you will need to check your seat measurement as well. 

    Make more with this pattern: 

    • Alter the fabric selections for the bodice and collar
    • Use a variety of colours for the bodice, sleeves, cuffs, and collar.
    • Apply top stitching to enhance the shirt's design.

    1 Chest: Measure the fullest part of your bust while wearing a bra that fits.
    2 Waist: Measure above your navel. 
    3 Arm length: Measure from shoulder to wrist.
    4 Seat: Measure your low hip around the fullest part of your hip.
    5 Inside leg: Inside leg is measured from the top of your inside leg down to the floor.
